Speed improvement: remove LIR_PA 1st magic because users report some incompatibilities. Maybe it's to early for because we need some HW improvement on reader side. Let's try it again next year, same time ;o)

WebIf: When writing config to disk, the temporary file is now copied instead of being renamed. This allows the use of symbolic links for config files.
