WebIf: User status (online/connected) now depends from lastecm/login so that keepalive-packets are not respected anymore. Furthermore, cwrate is now calculated correct (earliest login over all clients/(cwok+cwnot+cwcache)) if the account has multiple connections. Furthermore fix a bug introduced in r4896 preventing cccam ext to work.

keepalive is active, no disconnect happens
