Sure. Putting channels to capture card servers to IPTV boxes is old hat nothing new about that. And they are really slow broadcasts. So imagine being able to watch 40 or 50 live sports or other channels at the same time, in real time not slow like your boxes.

Of course you might need some decent bandwidth if you wanted all 50 channels open at once but you could do 10 ok in Thailand at same time.
