Dear friends :

May someone help me :

1- i have microbox 1 . Due to the recently program , it seems halted . Green light inside turned on when the red one is too . I try to clean or flash the dongle , but no success . Would somebody help me .
2 -how i can know the dongle model such as 90 , 101 , 102 or so on .

Hi,
It's simple dont panic just download the flash dump file and use the MII loader to load it and then use the cleaner to clean it and finally load the recent firmware you would want.
