7100 USB Titanium Boot Problem

Hi, i was updating my receiver via USB (i put the software .bin on the usb flash and plugged it into the receiver), and after the upgrade the receiver boots and stuck on RUN.
I tried to plug the receiver into the PC and reflash the loader or whatsoever, but it can't connect to port
I'm a newbie to this forum, so please help
