Bale - looking forward to Real clash.
    BALE WOULD CONSIDER FOREIGN MOVE

Gareth Bale insists he would have no qualms about moving abroad to play.
Tottenham's Welsh star was talking to the Spanish media ahead of Spurs' Champions League first leg with Real Madrid on Tuesday.
Ever since Bale's stunning hat-trick against Inter Milan earlier in the season, he has been the talk of Europe, which inevitably has led to him being strongly linked with Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Bale has just signed a new long-term contract at White Hart Lane, but he admits the thought of moving to the continent does not frighten him.
"You never know [what will happen] but I have no fear about leaving the country," he told AS.
"If there is a great opportunity then that has to be considered seriously.
"I left home when I was 15, if I leave the Premier League, learn another language and see another country then I will grow as a person."
Bale admits that ever since his treble in the San Siro he has been talked about but he insists he does not think about what is reported.
"I try not to think about it, my team-mates joke a lot about it," he said.
"I am playing the best football of my career with Tottenham, and it just seems like they are talking about someone else when people are talking about how much I would cost and who would sign me."
Bale admits being with Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is a wonderful experience.
"Training with him is like playing in the street, he just wants us to play and that benefits the team," he said.
"Under Juande Ramos, he didn't speak good English and wanted things done his way, Harry allows us to express ourselves freely and that has what has led us to the level we are at now."
Bale has been struggling with a hamstring injury in recent weeks, but Spurs are ready to take him to Spain to be involved against Real and he cannot wait.
"We are looking forward to it, we know both teams can play," he added.
"They are a fantastic team, I have seen them almost every week for years - I love the Spanish League, but we know how to win."
Bale is looking forward to facing Cristiano Ronaldo, who has also been struggling with injury and is a doubt for the match.

    Deschamps - going nowhere.
    DESCHAMPS RULES OUT MARSEILLE EXIT

Marseille coach Didier Deschamps has ruled out leaving the club at the end of the season.
Some reports had suggested France's World Cup-winning captain could be tempted away from the Stade Velodrome when the campaign ends, but he insists he is already planning for another term with Marseille.
"I've already started planning for next year, because that's my job," the former Juventus manager said.
"All this speculation about who will move where makes me laugh. Today, I'm 100% at Marseille, and will be tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
"There's really no reason for these rumours. I'll draw my own conclusions at the end of the season depending on our position."
Marseille are currently four points off the top of Ligue 1 following a hard-fought 1-0 win at Lens.
The relegation battlers hit the woodwork twice before Benoit Cheyrou won it for Marseille midway through the second half.

Gattuso - linked with Russian move.
    GALLIANI CONFIDENT GATTUSO WILL STAY

AC Milan club administrator Adriano Galliani is confident veteran midfielder Gennaro Gattuso will honour his contract despite being linked with a move to Russia this summer.
Gattuso has been a reported target of Russian side Anzhi in recent months.
"I don't think he will leave," Galliani said to Corriere dello Sport. "He has a contract with us for another season, and hence, he is not a free agent.
"Should a big offer arrive from the Russians, we will listen to it.
"However, I don't think he will go there, I think he will remain with us."
The 33-year-old Gattuso, who joined Milan in 1999, has made 27 league appearances for the Serie A leaders this season.
Milan beat city rivals Inter 3-0 on Saturday to go three points clear at the top of the standings with seven games remaining.

    Friedel - new contract talks.
    BRAD FRIEDEL OPENS VILLA TALKS

Aston Villa have opened talks with veteran keeper Brad Friedel over a new contract, according to his agent.
Friedel's current deal runs out this summer, but the 39-year-old American has shown no signs of his form diminishing.
Villa manager Gerard Houllier had always indicated he would talk to Friedel about a new deal before the season ended, and Friedel's agent, Tony Gill, said: McGill said: "We are in talks over a new contract. Brad is very happy at Villa.
"If Brad was not happy, he would not be talking over a new contract.
"I have spoken with (Villa) chief executive Paul Faulkner and talks are going very well indeed."
Friedel, who last week rubbished claims of there being a player mutiny at Villa, spent seven years at Blackburn before moving to the midlands club in the summer of 2008.
He was initially at Liverpool during the early part of Houllier's reign at Anfield in the late 1990s.
Villa's other senior keeper, Andy Marshall, also recently signed a new 12-month contract.
