I have a star sat 190d usb and when I want use this cod on my reciver see a 16 digit key and i cant use another nomber of key please help me how ican must use this

Hi I want to enter keys manually in my Hyro 7520 ST and have managed to enter all keys so far except the ORF W 0D0504 06 0987CF2A611D.It is a 12 digit key and so far I have entered 16 bits and 64 bits without any problems.My question :What type of a key is a 12 digit key?
