i have skystar hd 2
my dish is 62E intelsat 902
the quality is 100%
i put the mac and pid but there is no speed and rate
in the same ferequency with sky grabber i can download offline with 2.5MBps but in online not

You might have two choice...

First : Put new cannel list in your cannel folder

Second: Make reinstall DVB program or some different program like ProgDVB, AltDVB.....

After that make retart PC and try start program...
