Jerome Boateng - interests Bayern Munich.
    BAYERN CONFIRM BOATENG INTEREST

Bayern Munich have confirmed their interest in Manchester City defender Jerome Boateng - but have denied already agreeing terms.
The 22-year-old is under contract at Eastlands until June 2015 but a knee injury has restricted his appearances with the FA Cup finalists this term.
Munich newspaper Muenchner Merkur has now claimed the Germany international has agreed terms to join Bayern for next season.
But Munich's director of football Christian Nerlinger insists a deal has now been done for the player, who could cover at right-back and play at centre-half.
"It's not correct that we've already agreed terms. We're keeping tabs on him, but that's difficult now because of his injury," Nerlinger told the Merkur.
The defender's advisor Jorg Neubauer has previously played down the speculation, while City insist the defender, who has 13 caps for Germany, is not for sale.
"We have big plans with Jerome," City's technical director Mike Rigg told German daily Bild.
"He's an important part of our plans for the future. We'll be playing Champions League qualifiers next term and want to do so with Jerome. He's not for sale."
Meanwhile, Bayern are also reported to be monitoring City's Togo striker Emmanuel Adebayor, who is on loan at Real Madrid.
The 27-year-old is seen as a possible replacement for 32-year-old Germany striker Miroslav Klose, who is out of contract at the end of June.
"Real have a purchase option (on Adebayor)," said Rigg, with Adebayor reported to be worth 13 million euros (£11.69m).
"Adebayor is a guy who would fit in at Bayern. He's a great player, similar to (ex-Bayern striker) Luca Toni."
Reports have also linked the second division's top-scorer, Nils Petersen of Energie Cottbus - who has scored 24 goals in 31 games this season, and Borussia Moenchengladbach midfielder Marco Reus to Bayern.

Reo-Coker - waiting on contract talks.
    REO-COKER AWAITS CONTRACT OFFER

Nigel Reo-Coker's agent has denied claims that he has rejected a new contract offer from Aston Villa.
Local reports in Birmingham suggested that the two parties were in 'deadlock' over talks about Reo-Coker extending his stay at Villa Park.
But his agent Tony Finnigan has insisted that they have not held talks with Villa since last year, and they are waiting for the club to approach them.
"To suggest that talks are 'deadlocked' is just ridiculous and plain wrong," Finnigan told skysports.com.
"The last set of talks we had with Villa was in December and at the time, rightly so, they stated that all contract talks would be put on hold until their Premier League status was confirmed.
"Now we are respectfully waiting for the club to come back to us, but there is no getting away from the fact Nigel is out of contract at the end of the season.
"If Nigel does leave Villa, then he would be the biggest English Bosman of the summer and at the age of just 26 would be one of the most in-demand ever.
"That is just the facts of where we are at the moment, but Nigel has enjoyed playing under Gerard Houllier - that is true so we are open minded about the situation."

Kompany - loving life at Eastlands.
KOMPANY KEEN ON LONG MAN CITY STAY

Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany is delighted with the progress he has made at Eastlands and wants to stay for a long time to come.
Given the mass turnover in players at City over the past three seasons, Kompany is already a relatively old stager.
Originally signed from Hamburg by Mark Hughes as a midfielder who could play in defence when required, Kompany has become one of the bedrocks at the back, earning himself a place in the PFA Premier League team-of-the-year.
Far more importantly, the 25-year-old has been one of the inspirations behind City's charge to the FA Cup final and bid to grab a coveted Champions League berth.
Having come so far in such a short period of time, it is hardly a surprise the Belgium international wants to hang around for a lot longer.
"I have made a lot of progress," said Kompany.
"But I still have a lot more to show and bring to this club. I am definitely looking forward to the future and looking long-term."
Kompany has even taken the captain's armband at times when Carlos Tevez has been injured and Kolo Toure was suspended for his failed drugs test.
And the unqualified support he receives from the City faithful merely confirms his belief that he is at exactly the right place at this stage in his career.
"I have never been embraced as well as I have been here, by the fans and the country in general," he said.
"I feel really comfortable here and I am proud to be a part of everything that is happening.
"I take nothing for granted and work hard every day, because I know when it happens, we should all consider ourselves lucky to be able to be part of such a beautiful story."
That story will have its next chapter once City have cemented that coveted top four spot.
They will be celebrating on Saturday evening if a win at Everton was followed by a Tottenham defeat to lowly Blackpool at White Hart Lane.
More likely, it will take a result next Tuesday - and revenge - against the Spurs side that defeated them at Eastlands to take the same prize last term to ensure the battle does not go down to the final couple of matches.
"We are on course," said Kompany.
"We have gone a tremendous way since the takeover happened three years ago.
"It is a completely different club now and it would really be a great way to start the success story we want to have with City by achieving Champions League qualification and winning the FA Cup this season.
"That is our target, and it becomes even more important than ever now."
