GlobeCast affiliated company NETIA has announced that its software Content Management System (CMS) has been selected by Russian TV Centre to streamline all of its production processes.

Based in Moscow, TV Centre broadcasts news, sports and entertainment programming to an audience of more than 96 million viewers across 79 regions and to the TV Centre International worldwide network.

Supplied by system integrator Vidau Systems Media, the new installation is designed to allow TV Centre to simplify the sharing, handling and management of media assets across all operations. It will also help digitising and archiving 28,000 tapes into various formats.
