Let this set-top box take the naughty words off TV
Are you concerned about your kids watching TV shows or movies with curse words in them? Well, you could monitor what they watch. Or, if you're lazy, you could buy a box that automatically filters them out.
TVGuardian is a $210 box that listens for bad language and replaces it with squeaky clean language. For example, "F*** you" becomes "Go away," and "He's an a**hole" becomes "He's and idiot." It does this by putting the watered-down phrases at the bottom of the screen. Your child's innocence, saved!
Of course, it seems like it'd be better to just talk to your kids about what they see and make sure they're watching age-appropriate programming, but I'm no doctor.
