Dreambox 500 erorr[abort buy exisxting user]

Hi I was uploding the backup img in to dreambox 500 useing the dreamup this erorr masge come up abort buy exisxting user.
I tryed 3 times but it dosnt work and now my dream box is not starting up its power on the green light is comeing up.
when i conected with dreamup it syes box is live but imge is not loading up. I tryed dfrint img.
please any fix.

Try another version of dreamup (dreamUp_DM500)
