    Graham - signs for Swansea.
    SWANS SWOOP FOR DANNY GRAHAM

Swansea have confirmed the signing of striker Danny Graham from Watford for a club-record fee.
The Barclays Premier League new boys have splashed £3.5million on the 25-year-old hitman, who is set to sign a four-year contract.
Graham was the top scorer in the npower Championship last season with 24 goals and was a reported target for a host of top-flight sides.
The deal for Graham remains subject to a medical, which will be completed when the player returns from holiday.
A Swansea statement read: "The club has today agreed personal terms with Watford striker Danny Graham.
"Graham will sign a four-year contract with an additional 15% sell-on clause to Watford on any profit above the £3.5million."
Swans chairman Huw Jenkins added on club website www.swanseacity.net: "Danny has also spoken to [Swans manager] Brendan Rodgers at length.
"He is thrilled to conclude the deal and is looking forward to the challenge of Premier League football with Swansea.
"He is a player we have admired for quite some time and as a football club we are delighted to get our man.
"Brendan is looking forward to working with him and there is no doubt he will strengthen our team for the new campaign."
Graham, who began his career at Middlesbrough, scored 41 goals in 99 appearances for the Hornets since arriving at the club from Carlisle in a £350,000 deal in 2007.
Carlisle are also set to profit to the tune of nearly £500,000 as the result of a 15% sell-on clause in the deal that took Graham to Vicarage Road.

Theo Walcott - targets trophies next season.
    THEO WALCOTT HOPES FOR SIGNINGS

Theo Walcott is aware of the need for Arsenal to build on their existing nucleus of star players in order to end a six-year trophy drought.
Arsene Wenger's club have failed to win a piece of silverware since the 2005 FA Cup and last season finished a disappointing fourth in the Premier League.
Wenger has plans to spend in the summer in order to improve his squad, although he always maintains that he will not pay over the odds if the right player is not available.
But the Frenchman must also convince the likes of reported Manchester United target Samir Nasri and captain Cesc Fabregas that the future is bright at Arsenal.
Walcott would welcome new arrivals, as he told Sky Sports News: "If we can build our squad and hopefully keep our best players, it will look good for us.
"We need to win something next season. It has been so long.
"The fans have waited so long and as players we don't like seeing every year go without winning anything, especially a big club like Arsenal."
Fabregas has long been linked with a return to boyhood club Barcelona, while Real Madrid are also thought to want the Spanish midfielder.
But Nasri's future has emerged as a seemingly more immediate concern for Wenger after the France international refused to rule out a move to Premier League champions United.
Walcott hopes his club-mate does not leave and recognises that Nasri is integral to Arsenal.
The England international said: "He is a very important player for Arsenal and we will just see in the summer what happens."

    Alexander Doni - Liverpool target.
LIVERPOOL IN FOR DONI, CLAIMS AGENT

Liverpool are in talks with Roma to sign Brazilian goalkeeper Alexander Doni, according to the player's agent.
Doni, who is under contract with the Serie A club for a further season, has been strongly linked with a move away from the Eternal City this summer.
"I spoke to the club (Roma) yesterday and they confirmed they are holding talks with Liverpool to reach an agreement regarding the transfer of Doni," Doni's agent Ovidio Colucci said on Tuesday.
"Once an agreement is reached betwen the two clubs, we will begin negotiating personal terms with Liverpool.
"Doni would be very happy to join Liverpool and play in the Premier League."
The 31-year-old joined Roma in 2005 from Brazilian side Juventude.
The South American has been an understudy to Julio Sergio in recent seasons, and made 16 league appearances for Roma this term.

David De Gea - won't talk about his future now.
    DAVID DE GEA DELAYS DECISION

David de Gea is determined to focus on the European Under-21 Championship before deciding whether to join Manchester United.
The Premier League champions have identified the Atletico Madrid goalkeeper as Edwin van der Sar's successor and have confirmed they are deep in negotiations with his club.
On Tuesday some Spanish papers reported that United have agreed to pay Atletico a fee of €21million (£18.8m) to secure De Gea's services.
But while the 20-year-old keeper has admitted he wants to play at the highest level, he insists he will not discuss his future with the media until after the Under-21 tournament in Denmark.
De Gea, who has made eight appearances for the U21's and is yet to win a full cap, is currently preparing for Sunday's opener against England.
And speaking from Spain's training camp, he said: "I will only speak about my future after the end of the Euro Under-21s.
"Right now my challenge is to help the Spain team, but generally my desire is to play at the top and to improve day to day."
At the end of last month, De Gea's lawyer denied that the promising keeper has already agreed to join United and said he would not consider any offers until the end of June.
De Gea helped Spain's U17 team win the 2007 European Championship and finish second at the 2007 World Cup.
He made his Atletico debut in September 2009 aged 18 and has already racked up 84 first-team games for the Spanish side, who finished seventh last season.

Lambert - has already signed Vaughan and Morison.
    LAMBERT INTENDS TO SPEND MORE

Paul Lambert intends to continue his summer recruitment drive as he looks to give Norwich a foothold in the Barclays Premier League next season.
The Canaries boss has already added strikers James Vaughan and Steve Morison to a squad which secured back-to-back promotions after finishing runners-up in the npower Championship.
Bookmakers may have the Norfolk club at odds-on to be relegated, but Lambert will leave no stone unturned as he looks to get the right players at the right price ahead of the start of the new top-flight campaign.
"We have not got a foothold in this league at all, we are a new team coming up really quickly so I have to box clever," Lambert told BBC Radio Norfolk.
Lambert has targeted up to seven new additions, with Brighton winger Elliott Bennett and Leeds midfielder Bradley Johnson said to be next on his wanted list.
The Norwich board have promised all of the initial £37million of television income will go towards improving the squad, which Lambert accepts is likely to be an on-going process over the season.
"I also know that come January time I will have to maybe strengthen again," he said.
"The club have been great, the board have been great.
"They know the current group need a hand, but we will never go out and do what Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester United can do."
The arrivals of Vaughan and Morison will certainly add competition to the squad, with Lambert warning none of the players who helped take the club back into the Premier League for the first time since 2005 could be guaranteed a place in the starting XI next season.
Wales international Morison, 27, admits his meteoric rise from non-league to the Premier League, having played for Stevenage just two years ago, keeps everything in perspective.
"It's been something that does always come up, but it is something that keeps me in good stead and helps keep me grounded," Morison told Canaries Player.
"It does make you be a bit more humble and it reminds you of just how far you've come in a short space of time.
"Obviously it is a massive step now going into the Premier League and it's something I'm really looking forward to."
Lambert will again take the squad out to Germany for a training camp before pre-season fixtures against Crystal Palace, Southend and Coventry City ahead of the visit of Real Zaragoza on August 3.

    Malky Mackay - Watford boss.
    WATFORD - NO MACKAY APPROACH

Watford insist they have not had any approaches for manager Malky Mackay.
The Scottish boss, 39, has been linked with Cardiff and Nottingham Forest since the end of the season.
There were even rumours on Monday night that Mackay has been given permission to speak to Cardiff about succeeding David Jones and has had an interview with Watford's Championship rivals.
But the Hornets claim such speculation is well wide of the mark, pointing to the contract extension Mackay signed in March, committing himself to the club until the summer of 2014.
"Watford Football Club wishes to confirm that it has not received an official approach for the services of manager Malky Mackay," read a statement on the club's official website.
"The Hornets boss signed a new deal earlier this year, therefore continues to be under contract at Vicarage Road."
