Smart Card vanished

Hi my smart card soft (where i enter the keys CAS etc) on my satellite receiver vanished (crashed) yesterday.Now as a result i dont have the option to enter the keys for d++ multiplus tps etc.
what is the software i have to load onto the reciever through my PC parallell port?
Can anyone reply with simple step by step procedures and what software i have to download onto my Satellite receiver.
