UPDATE -> version 3.0 - CVS (all images) / controller inclusive

- Re-fit done everything CVS (which cost a lot of time really)
Habs with Merlin-2, OoZooN and DMM-release-3.1.0 tried everything OK
- Fixed many small bugs and flaws
- Some user-wishes are implemented:
---- New volume slider-style: thin HJorizontal
---- OLED-saver can be disabled but also choose what data must show
---- In infobar kan right of BER is a user-Feld.Einstellen one video bit rate, tuner info or provider.
