Sissoko - set for Toulouse exit talks.
PREM DUO TRACKING SISSOKO - AGENT

Liverpool and Newcastle United are in negotiations with Moussa Sissoko, according to the Toulouse midfielder's agent.
The 21-year-old, who has made over 100 appearances in four years with Toulouse, is ready to move and his club are believed to be looking for offers in the region of £13m.
Sissoko, who broke into the French national side two years ago, has attracted interest from all around Europe, but now appears close to making a decision on his future.
"The link with Lyon is serious, but it is not the only one," Bacaray Sanogo told the Liverpool Echo.
"There are also negotiations with Liverpool, Newcastle and Inter. Things should seriously move next week. His priority is a club with a major sporting project."

    Sorensen - wants first-team role.
    SORENSEN WANTS TO BE NO.1

Goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has indicated that his Stoke future could depend on assurances over first-team opportunities.
The Denmark international, who has been linked with a move to West Ham, asked for contract negotiations with the Britannia Stadium hierarchy earlier in June.
But in the second half of last season Sorensen was restricted to playing in the FA Cup for runners-up Stoke and appeared just once in the Premier League after the end of October.
Asmir Begovic was manager Tony Pulis' first choice and Sorensen is concerned that he may again have to settle for a place on the bench in the next campaign.
The 35-year-old is quoted as saying in The Sun: "I find it of the utmost importance to get more minutes of playing time next season."

    Benzema - wants Madrid stay.
REAL CAN TOPPLE BARCA - BENZEMA

Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema is adamant his side can topple European champions Barcelona during the coming season - and that he has never wanted to leave the Bernabeu.
Pep Guardiola's Barca have been hailed by many as the best team in the world following their Primera Division and Champions League successes, beating Madrid to the league title by four points and dumping their rivals out at the semi-final stage in Europe last term.
But France striker Benzema believes Jose Mourinho's squad have what it takes to redress the balance of power in Spanish football, especially with their Portuguese boss having had a season to settle in at the club.
When asked if Real feel they can beat Barca, Benzema told AS: "Sure we can, I have never doubted it.
"We are a great team, but we started last season with a new coach, with players and gradually had to fit everything together.
"Now we can continue with the same group and some reinforcements and I am convinced that we will be very competitive. We're going to make it very difficult for Barca, I can assure you.
"We will be very strong this year. The group is fantastic. Everyone gets along. We are very supportive and we have a very good coach. I am very optimistic about this new season."
Benzema initially struggled to nail down a place in Mourinho's starting line-up last term as Gonzalo Higuain led the line effectively, but injury to the Argentina star gave his colleague a chance he capitalised on in spectacular fashion, scoring 17 goals during the second half of the campaign.
And the 23-year-old never considered leaving Madrid in an effort to get more first-team football.
"I never thought about it even in the difficult times," he said.
"That is my strength and my philosophy. I realise that when one is lucky enough to be at such an important club as Real Madrid you should be prepared for suffering. It is part of the game.
"It's easy (to explain my good form). The coach gave me confidence and enabled me to string together several performances.
"Mourinho again put me in the side and that changed everything. I came to Madrid to score goals and provide a great spectacle of football. I want to please people. In Madrid I do what I did in Lyon, but better!"
The former Lyon forward also cites a meeting he had with Mourinho in January as being key to resurrecting his fortunes.
"I am not one who will normally go and see the coaches," he said. "But at that moment I felt the need. I asked what he thought of me and I told him what I thought.
"I calmed down. I noticed his interest and confidence. This meeting between the two of us was very important."

Halford - impressed during loan spell.
COTTERILL STILL KEEN ON GREG HALFORD

Portsmouth boss Steve Cotterill has confirmed he remains interested in bringing Wolves defender Greg Halford back to Fratton Park.
Halford impressed during a loan spell at Pompey last season and has previously expressed a wish to be given an opportunity at Wolves next term.
However, Pompey have been keen to secure a permanent deal for Halford, who established himself at centre-half during his loan stint with the Championship club.
Though Cotterill brought in Jason Pearce from Bournemouth last week, he says he is still eager to add Halford to his plans for next season.
"We are still interested in Greg," Cotterill told The News. "We are interested in lots.
"There are quite a few targets we are still after and if they come across the line then great.
"What we are trying to build here is a squad. Sometimes you can't pick and choose how they come in and when they come in.
"You can have a strategy and you can write it down and contact the clubs of players you are interested in and do all of that. But sometimes they don't always drop in the order you want them to drop in.
"When they do drop you have to make sure you get them across the line very quickly."

Mackail-Smith - set for Leicester talks.
    FOXES MACKAIL-SMITH BID ACCEPTED

Peterborough United's director of football Barry Fry has confirmed the club have accepted an offer from Leicester City for Craig Mackail-Smith.
The Championship new boys are prepared to let the striker leave London Road over the summer and there are a string of clubs chasing Mackail-Smith.
Fry claims the Scotland international has already turned down moves to Premier League duo Norwich City and Queens Park Rangers, while West Ham United have seen an offer rejected.
Posh expect the Hammers to return with another bid, while Fry is waiting to learn the outcome of Mackail-Smith's impending talks with Leicester boss Sven Goran Eriksson.
"We have accepted a bid from Leicester," said Fry in the Leicester Mercury.
"Their manager Sven Goran Eriksson is out of the country at the moment, but was due to speak to Craig over the weekend.
"I have had several conversations with West Ham, but we have turned down their bid. I am certain they will be back.
"Craig is facing a tough decision. He turned down Norwich and he has now turned down QPR."
