Financial investor Providence has sold its remaining 22% stake in Kabel Deutschland. With the move, 100% of the shares in Germany's largest cable operator are now in free float on the Frankfurt stock exchange.

Luxembourg-based Providence subsidiary Cable Holding sold its around 20 million shares for €41.10 each to international institutional investors.

Providence floated Kabel Deutschland on the stock exchange in March 2010 and has gradually reduced its stake since then.
