John Arne Riise - completed Fulham deal.
FULHAM COMPLETE JOHN ARNE RIISE DEAL

Fulham have completed the signing of Roma defender John Arne Riise for an undisclosed fee.
The former Liverpool left-back has penned a three-year deal at Craven Cottage and will link up with his brother Bjorn Helge in west London.
Riise has spent the past three seasons plying his trade in Serie A with Roma, having departed from Anfield in 2008.
The 30-year-old clocked up more than 230 appearances for the Merseysiders after joining them from Monaco in 2001 and the full-back admits it is great to be back in England.
"I'm delighted to have completed my transfer to Fulham this morning and am looking forward to playing in the Premier League once again," he told fulhamfc.com.
"Fulham is a club that I have been following as my brother, Bjorn, plays here and he speaks very highly of the club and the staff.
"Obviously I also played against the club in the Europa League group stage when they went on to reach the final of the competition.
"I know that the club is ambitious and continues to make good progress each year, under the guidance of the chairman, Mohamed Al Fayed.
"I am looking forward to working with Martin Jol and the rest of the squad when I report to training next week."
The Norway international is recently-appointed manager Martin Jol's second signing of the summer, following the arrival of Hungarian goalkeeper Csaba Somogyi earlier this week.
"John Arne Riise is an experienced international left-back, who will bring a number of qualities to our squad and provide more options for me," said Jol.
"He is used to performing at the very highest level for both club and country and is an accomplished player defensively, who can also contribute to our attacking play.
"I am extremely happy that we've been able to add him to our squad, and believe that he will prove a valuable addition as we progress."

Scott Parker - could be loaned out.
    SULLIVAN FAVOURS PARKER LOAN

West Ham co-owner David Sullivan insists the club have yet to receive an official approach for Scott Parker but would consider loaning the England international out for the season.
The 30-year-old reigning Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year has been linked with a shot of Barclays Premier League clubs following the Hammers' relegation to the npower Championship.
Parker has admitted he would like to remain in the top flight in order to keep alive his England career, leading to reports linking him to the likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa, Tottenham and Chelsea.
The latter have been hit this week by the news Michael Essien will be out for the next six months and reports have suggested they are considering a loan move for the West Ham midfielder.
Parker, who played for the Blues between 2004 and 2005, has reportedly been lined up as the Ghanaian's replacement and, while Sullivan insists there has been no contact, he says a loan deal would suit the Hammers.
"We have had no approaches from any club officially," he told Sky Sports News.
"We keep hearing rumours and I would be wrong to comment further.
"I have not spoken to Scott myself. I think he has indicated and his agent has told me for his England career that he would like to play in the Premier League.
"But if we can't get the right fee for him I think he accepts he will be playing for West Ham next year in the Championship.
"He is a supreme professional and I am sure he will do a wonderful job whether he is with West Ham or somebody else.
"I mean we would love a deal - and this has been mooted - that maybe we loan him out for the season for a substantial fee and then when we get promotion he comes back to us.
"That sort of deal would appeal to us because we love Scott.
"We would obviously want a loan fee because he has substantial value and has three or four years left of his career.
"They would probably be getting the best of those three of four years.
"He is at the absolute peak of his game at the moment and is playing out of his skin.
"He would be a superstar wherever he goes and in the Championship he would be the best player."
Sullivan admitted that two or three players have indicated that they would like to leave Upton Park this summer and would be allowed to go if the club were offered an acceptable fee.
England striker Carlton Cole is one such player that could leave east London after a fee was agreed with Stoke over a potential move.
While West Ham wait for Cole's decision, Sullivan promises reinforcements will be brought in to replace outgoing stars.
"The ball is in Carlton's court," he added. "It is a question of whether he wants to go or whether he wants to stay.
"You're very much in the hands of players. Two or three players have indicated they would like to leave the club and if they get moves that are acceptable to the club then we cannot stand in their way.
"We will then bring in replacements, so a lot depends on who comes and who goes.
"I think people will expect to get them on the cheap but we will be realistic.
"We will not put valuations on players that are completely unrealistic.
"One or two players we will virtually give away who are on quite high wages and don't want to be at the club and don't think fit in with our formation.
"But other players, if we don't get a substantial fee, will be starting the next season with us."

    Aguero - still leaving.
    AGUERO: I AM LEAVING

Sergio Aguero has reaffirmed his desire to quit Atletico Madrid.
The Argentine starlet revealed earlier this summer that he wanted to leave Vicente Calderon, and he has been strongly linked with Real Madrid, as well as Chelsea and Manchester City.
However, his father was quoted earlier this week suggesting that his son could yet remain.
But speaking from his homeland, where he is taking part in the Copa America, Aguero underlined his desire to find a new club.
"I will not return to Atletico, it is clear," he told ESPN.
"I talked to the club, gave a statement, now my representatives are negotiating my departure from the club.
"I don't know when the agreement will be, but I will know when the Copa America is finished."

    Nasri - good attitude.
    WENGER: NO NASRI PROBLEM

Arsene Wenger claims Samir Nasri has a 'very good attitude' as speculation rages regarding his future.
The French playmaker has hinted that he would welcome a move away from Arsenal this summer, with it his ambition to represent a club that secures silverware on a regular basis.
He has shelved contract talks as he weighs up his options, meaning he has just 12 months left to run on his current deal at the Emirates.
That situation could be considered alarming to the Gunners, with it feasible that they could see Nasri walk away for nothing next summer.
Wenger remains determined to avoid such a situation, with it his intention to see the France international tied down on a fresh terms.
He is keen to prevent the transfer gossip from spiralling out of control, and insists Nasri's showing in a 4-0 victory over a Malaysia XI on Wednesday proves he remains fully focused on his duties at Arsenal.
"He has always had a very good attitude," said Wenger.
"We are a big club with many good young players so we are confronted with many rumours and speculation. But it doesn't affect much what's happening inside the club. We have to live with that and you could see when he [Samir] played that he wasn't disturbed by that."
Wenger is also convinced that his board will back him in his Nasri stance, despite the very real threat of losing the 24-year-old on a free transfer next summer.
He added: "I think so, I believe that is no problem. It is a technical decision. On one hand people say I don't spend enough and when I spend people say I spend too much. It's very difficult to find the right medium.
"What is important is that the club has a good team and is in a strong financial situation. The decisions are dictated by financial restrictions but not only by that. The most important thing is that the team is right and our financial situation is right as well."
Nasri received a warm reception in the Far East as he entered Arsenal's opening pre-season fixture as a substitute, and Wenger is confident the club's supporters will not turn on him.
Asked how the fans will react to the transfer saga, he said: "Very well. I believe that everybody who loves Arsenal wants all our strong players to stay at the club."

    Brendan Rodgers - not concerned.
RODGERS COOL OVER LACK OF SIGNINGS

Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers insists he is not losing any sleep over his lack of signings as the club prepare for their first Barclays Premier League campaign.
Rodgers has been looking to add experience to his squad but has so far managed to land only striker Danny Graham from Watford for £3.5million, plus Portuguese goalkeeper Jose Moreira and Tottenham's young defender Steven Caulker on loan.
Deals for at least two players have fallen through, with Fulham goalkeeper David Stockdale and former Chelsea and Barcelona striker Eidur Gudjohnsen not expected to follow through on proposed moves to the Liberty Stadium.
"I'm certainly not crying at night and losing any sleep over it but there are obviously certain restrictions on getting players into here," Rodgers told Sky Sports News.
"David Stockdale is someone that is very keen to come, but he is a signed player with Fulham and they are looking to get him loan experience and that is something that is out of our hands.
"In terms of Eidur, he won't be coming. I spoke to him again last night and I think he will probably end up choosing to go to London."
Rodgers added: "It is a wonderful city here and a wonderful club but like all newly-promoted clubs, when you come up it can be difficult to get players.
"But I'm very fortunate to have a really good group of quality players here and I feel I only need to add three of four to that to give us a fantastic opportunity to stay in this league.
"This club and the players have earned the right to be here - no matter what people will say we deserved the right to be here."
The former Reading also rubbished reports linking full-back Neil Taylor with a move to Newcastle.
"That is the other thing the Premier League brings - a new level of gossip and rumour," he said.
"Neil is about to put pen to paper on a new deal. He, like I, feel his development at this stage of his career is best suited here."
Swans chairman Huw Jenkins earlier revealed that he felt the 22-year-old would be staying at the Liberty Stadium.
He told Sky Sports News: "I am always confident that we can get out of the situations what we want, and we will make sure we do that for the best interests of our club.
"Neil is fine. He is a young lad and perhaps all this has been blown out of proportion. We have got to make sure we protect him and he is looked after and he settles down and looks forward to the new season.
"With us gaining promotion and being involved now in the Premier League, things like this are bound to happen and we have got to deal with it in the right way."
