Uttar Pradesh is the latest market for Star CJ Alive, the home shopping channel from the Star India group, according to local reports.

Star CJ Alive will expand its distribution channels to cater for India’s TV shoppers in Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Aligarth, Bareli, Jhansi, Moradabad, Meerut and Saharanpur, according to the Business Standard.

The shopping channel already delivers products to Noida and Ghaziabad, as well as Chandigarh, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi / NCR region in the north, and Maharashtra and Gujarat in the west.

"We are happy to cater to our viewers in Uttar Pradesh now,” said Paritosh Joshi, chief executive officer, Star CJ Network India.

“With this expansion, we aim to provide Star CJ Alive viewers with an unforgettable and comfortable shopping experience from the comfort of their homes wherein they can choose from a wide assortment of products at great value,” he said.
