I get a 87% signal for ASTRA 19.2 but cannot receive a strong enough signal for the Premiere channels (11720 H 27500 Freq 3/4) Astra 1F/Transponder 65(only 50% signal on this frequency)

Tried putting a 1 meter dish with different lnb (0.5db) but still can`t pick up the channels. Tried with another receptor, ajusting the lnb, moving the dish, etc., but no luck. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve this?
