Be worry this file is a killer file it kills a lot of cards.
Just read i other forums,some card get "NO ATR" if you try to reprogramm.

Yep, file and card goes to recycle bin.
The last known working file was a bomb.
All bdc are dead, be carefull with other dragon cards (red,yellow etc).
All Blue dragon are dead now.
if you have no atr there is a script to restore it ! i have used it before and it works ! if you dont know where to get it let me know and i will up it here

My BDC_ATR_Restorer_V2 script will NOT work on cards that have been killed with the time-bomb.

i am beginning to wonder if ydc center is from *r***o who did it deliberitely to kill the cards or by someone ready to bring out a new card and to make sure the bd was dead !
and also to collect ip`s !

I strongly suspect there could be a time bomb in the Al_Jaz ydc file from 11/12/2011 so if you have a ydc and not yet loaded it, it may be safer not to do so.
