New channel on hotbird

Hi,

Since almost a month, there is 2 new channel on hotbird, "AB3" and "AB4", 2 belgian channels in french.
I can see all the channel from ABSAT but not this 2.
Why ???

Does anyone can see them ?

These two channels are on viacess 2.5 and currently not open with old channels
