Dear Experts,

I am very newbie in this things. I have one T3C smart card I try to re-program it with Titanium 1&2 Card Progger V.2.0 with my PC pass COM1

It's success for this step when I erased the card, The screen showing line "authenticate failed!" as below

So anyone can advice how to fix it so please because I couldn't program new file into this
