1. Irdeto FreeCAM fixes.
Mediapark 30W Nagra should work.

User can override the autoselection of system and force a certain system to be used
by using the Irdeto mode extended (x) subcommand:
0 = NONE, 1 = SECA, 2 = SECA2, 3 = VIACCESS, 4 = CONAX, 5 = BETA, 6 = NAGRA, 7 =IRDETO

2. No need to patch WCE whenever the TPS AES key change.
The AES key is now kept in viaccess.dat on a per-ident basis using key index 07 to hold the AES key.
