Query : How to enter the 16 digit AES key

I use a ORBICLE ORB-500F receiver.

I can enter and change all the 8-digit hexadecimal codes
.. for example for INDENT:007C00
08 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
09 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
0A XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
0B XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
0C XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
0D XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
0E XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;
0F XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;

But I have heard of "03" and "13" ... or should it be "01" ... how can I enter the 16-digit codes,

Via my receiver (9999 code) when I enter the key-section I can only see keys 08,09,0A,0B,0C,0D,0E,0F ... which are all 8-digit and can be easily updated.

Problem is I wanted to know more about the 16-digit codes, since without them I cant receive the respective channels. I have been scanning the net to find out more on how to enter the 16-digit codes.

Any advice on the above, would be much appreciated. Thanks

can any boby give a tips how to enter the 16 digits hex code, i am using media star hi tech decoder that has only 8 digits keys.
