Cyfra+ Seca Media Guard 2

Hi

I have an original Cyfra+ card prepaid for 12 months. I recently bought Matrix Reborn CAM which works nicely with the card. Can anyone please let me know if the Matrix Reborn would keep the card activated once a month. Problem is it only changed 1 set of dates when I place it back in the smargo & read the dates in OSCAM? I have been told it should change 2 sets of dates extending the cards life each month.

Why are you using a Cam, when you can read and update your card with Smargo ?
