New drean 500v8 s/n with a small problem

Well I got it up and running seemed easy this time even to setup the discrete c motor drive this is what I got. A dream 500V8 at a low cast of 300 RNB. S/N 663653881451885. MAC 000934:66:7A:54 ccCAM 221 software version 123.19.10.2009 it works good so far on 134E & 138E. now I can play with the old box and keep my wife out of my hair at least she can see all her movies. It is a lot better as for programing. It came with A kee in it that lets you get all channels except one on 134E.and 3 are missing on 138E. with no card. I do not understand this? the small problems are that it freezes up for 10 seconds to a wile longer. Another thing I find is if I leave it on a channel to go sleep just turn off TV it is all mest up the next morning with like squares all over the place tell I change channel to another. it sure is nice to watch CNN & BBC news.

I am having another problem now.when I was going from one channel to another I would press OK button and go to the channel list I wanted it would give me a list of all channels and a yellow bar at the rite showing how long was left to go on each. and on the bottom in the EPG section it would show a yellow bar when it would start and how long in min. this all stopped working. it now only gives the channels and a message at the bottom NO DATA FOR THIS SERVICE and a soled yellow bar with 0 min. I liked this feature so much and i can not figure out how to get it back. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!! the easy way.
