Bongusto, the German pay-TV channel for hobby chefs and gourmets, has produced Germany's first cookery show in 3D.

In the special edition of the programme "Meine Familie & Ich TV", which will be showcased at consumer electronics fair IFA in Berlin in early September 2011, celebrity chef Johann Lafer prepares a seasonal meal from Austria.

The menue comprises a pumpkin pancake with marinaded plums and vanilla sabayon, pumpkin-seed schnitzel with sweet-sour pumpkin apple chutney, chive potatoes and a pumpkin strudel.

The 3D show will be available on-demand from autumn 2011 as part of the 3D services offered by Kabel Deutschland, Deutsche Telekom, Unitymedia, UPC Austria and UPC Cablecom.
