I'm a newbie Please Help....

I'd like to get TVCABO and D+ as my Dish is pointing to 30W.
I'm looking at buying a Drake receiver as there the only ones that seem to be working...my Technomate is DEAD........

Can some advise which model is best, and where I can buy one?
