good afternoon I have a card that i can make a mosc can put it working in a dreambox and a octal in botn at the same time?

sure you can

just need to now octal data ird,bk and dt6 also use good tiers because still bad emm s on steam (killers) octal can t stop them (to stop them you need a avr bloker whit proper soft in case of using public tiers).
after that just put newcs on dream editing bk and rsa n (dt6 expand) and all ok also you can block bad emms on newcs .
