Since the channel scan in the moment does not have Black_64 built a small handy tool to convert existing channel lists and E2 can be Picon.

Note: when converting from HD channels there may be problems from time to still occur on Titan itself is like a pure test preview version.

This is still beta but the basic functions are working.

- converting E2 channellist incl. bouquets (this will not work 100% for some channels)
- edit/delete/add Titan channels
- convert E2 picons to Titan picons
- manage bouquets
