Repair script 7.3NL and only 6700 response with Grisou0 soft

Hi,

I have a green Dutch 7.3 card that is broken, is there a program or script to fix it and see the exact status of the card.

The 2nd problem is that I have 2 black cards that only gives 6700 response within Grisou0 soft.( 10mhz with grx17)
In the Flying dutchman the ans are always 9024 and no 060000 timings. (100mhz with v5b4)

The unlooper is an 5030 modificado suiza with 1 track cut to get 3.3V I tried all positions of condo, g1 0200-0600

What is the best starting position ? I test with black card
I use the following setting:

S3 all off, S4 only 4 on, S2 up

Position of C1 = the part that can turn = horizontal facing to S4.
I use 10 V , I have a adjustable lab power suply from 0 to 15 V

I also ordered 2 max4619cpe to replace u6 and u7 if needed, they come within 2 weeks. ( I read somewhere about those ic's).

When I placed the max4619cpe I can have sometimes 9B08 at g1:030A g2:0A22
Can somebody give me some advise howto get it constantly ? When its not 9B08 it is FBFF or 0FBB.
