problem dreambox 800hd se flashing

hi guys, i have an original dreambox 800hd se.... when i try to flash it, it does nothing.... i press flash but nothing.... and i tried it with several images.... any idea what might the problem be?

have you tried flashing the image on the web? I have a clone and have never used dreamboxes before but it was very easy!!
