Openbox S9 Biss key entry.

If anybody could help i can not figure out how to add biss keys in the ccw menu where can i find PMT PID info and ECM PID info I only know the SID is 1 and provider ID 01FFFF i have the right keys because they work on my other receiver also what is confusing is the ODD EVEN key entry fields see attached picture of ccw menu below. Firmware installed is Version HDS2-11-03-02. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

softcam is useless.
biss keys require constant.cw file with the biss keys/sid/pids in hex format.
pmt=your vpid in hex.
