Platform ‘n’ expands HDTV portfolio

Polish pay-TV platform Platform ‘n’ is bringing its HDTV portfolio to 38 with the addition of five new HD channels.
The addition includes new exclusive channels, TVN Turbo HD and TVN Style HD which launch on 4 November; two new super-premium film and sports channels, two new super-premium film and sports channels‘n’ Premium 1 and 2, set to launch on 15 December 15; and the November 4 launch of TVN 7 HD.
‘n’ Premium 1 and 2 will feature blockbuster movies, most recent Hollywood releases and of sports, including Champions League football and Europa League games. TVN 7 started broadcasting in March 2002, as the second (after TVN) standard-definition free television channel of the ITI Group. TVN 7 HD will deliver a range of in-house productions, movies and series. TVN Turbo HD is Poland’s first thematic channel aimed at men and dedicated primarily to automotive programmes.
