Fortec Star FSC05600+ BBC Prime Code Hotbird needed

I used to receive the above free until about 6 weeks ago when the code must have changed. I know nothing about it but the guy who originally put the code into the machine keeps telling me there is no new one available and I will need to subscribe to Orbit television to receive it now. Can anyone here help me??

Can you help advise me on how to put these keys for BBC Prime onto a goldcard for viewing on Hotbird (eeprom & pic files)?

i downloaded it , but could not open any of the files in it , there is a .txt file and a .bin file
