    softwıre problem

    please help me???? ı cant download softwıre to my mıcrobox.ıt ısnt workıng to be mıcro1 or mıcro2.ı trıed all loader but not download the softwıre to mıcrobox.what must ı do???? please help!!!!!!!!!
