Sport1 takes MotoGP rights

German channel Sport1 has secured TV rights to the MotoGP motorcycle racing series.

The Constantin Media-owned pay TV channel has inked a rights deal with Dorna Sports and taken exclusive TV, mobile and online rights to the series, which comprises 18 races a year, for three years.
