This is my opinion ok? Do you guys really believe they do this for free? What makes you guys buy a receiver, or a cam, or a smartcard? Simple, because they can descramble pay channels, right? The companies are the biggest interested, obviously they have research labs, the more efficient they are the more profit they get. Look at Mvision I bet they never sold so many receivers as they did on the 2nd attack of TVC*BO, but as you can see there is no support for the other providers it's TVC*BO, D+ and that's it.

I would say there is some kind of complicity between Nagravision and the Makers. I think all companies are on holidays.

PS. TVC*BO will be back on the 12th this month, this information comes from a very secure source, so don’t waste your time searching for solutions.

    1) You need a STB to start with. You don't surf the 'Net w/o a PC (or some other Internet Appliance),. Right?

    2) CAMs' are a more affordable alternitve for those that do not wish to purchase a more expensive STB w/ a Licenced Decoder.

    3) No One I know of is forceing you to either Subscribe to or by other means of use. To use a MOSC (i.e. Smartcard), If you wanted to watch a certain Provider then those that have that ability to control the Market can, and as you've stated they may be makeing Cash 'Hand over Fist'. But, the small investmet is to me and most other People here well worth it. It is by far cheaper then a full on Subsription, and does alot more for less. As far as I'm concerned on this Note. I have been pleased in this front.

So why don't you chill. It seems to me that you're the One for which this thread was intended for. As most sensible People would tend to aggree with this view (see the 1st Post), and I'm no different.

Perhaps you should start looking at this from the front of it beeing as a Privledge and not your God given right to watch Pay-Tv for free, and then with ZERO overhead to boot! I can only assume you get all pissy when the Guy at the Mickydez forgets to toss in a hand full of Ketchup Packs in with your Burger too. If this is the case It's best you grow up now before you leave Home! It's a far, far colder World out there, and nobody ows you, me or anyone else a damn thing!

I think you miss interpreted me, but that's ok. I based my post on the post that opened this threat. I just wanted to make a point that is in the best interest of the companies who sell these products to provide regular updates for the same; it’s not an act of generosity but an act of making it sellable, nothing more.
