    Black out on adult Program even with parental code deactivated

    Hi All
    I am using a ccam client of a provider. and i have black out on adult program even if the parental code is deactivated. What is annoyed is that program for -12 are concern too. Please help undertand and fix it. is it my provider ?

    maybe u have to remove constant.cw file from /usr/keys
