How can I recover the channels?

Hi guys. ]

I'm new here. I cannot view anything on my humax receiver IRCI 5400 and my dish would not rotate when changing from one channel to another. I think I need to reinstall the channel list. Correct?

Can someone kindly guide me what I need to do? Please treat me like a total noob so step by step instructions (well almost) and any tools/software I need and files to d/l and install..... or good reference/s to get this info. Tnx

Also, what software should I be using? I downloaded Humax Tray Suite but I am getting crashes using HNF smart.

use HNF smart without config

# What would an hdf file be? Would I need one?

keybin (keys) u can find in keys section (use latet keybin)
HDF file is firmware (humax firmware in HDF format for example latest TOH HOT firmware )
HNF is humax channels setting
