Hi please help. I used this and I had a serious problem with my box.

Please kindly help. I tried to flash my Star Track box a few days ago and it got stuck halfway through leaving me with just a few fta channels and a blank menu that has a blue background with no features whatsoever. I desperately need some help with this please everyone. Thanks!
