AFAIK: Opps is for Cryptoworks. So that's about what it's good for.
The only thing (that I find), worth watching on 13°e is JSTV (Japanese TV),.
Now on 19.2°e there's ORF & Easy.TV. Perhaps some Day there might be Arena too. Otherwise I think you have Cartoon Net. Fr. and TCM and MTV rounding out Astra.
PS. There is also Cartoon Net\TCM on 13°e that you should also be able to decode...
Opos work only 5* sirus satellite kingston argiva package...
The Con@x or Irdet0 Xin1 files can be used on the Opos 1.03. I'm not sure what is available still on 13east but probably packages like SRG etc.
The Opos 1.05 card is for the Crypt0works packages.
