Free SetEdit Argus Mini 1.14 full version?

I have been searching for a free full SetEdit Argus Mini 1.14 software for many hours on the net,but all I'm finding is only demo copies.
Has anyone here mates managed to find one full working copy?
Is it impossible indeed?

Maybe it helps - there is a Clarke Tech editor studio (v3.17 03/03/11) that can do many things, but it's difficult to set up and work for Edision. Some people say that it does a very good job updatign channel lists.
