a user guide for hivion products is needed please help with it

have Hivion 7070X receiver. I purchased this recently. I want to know few things. Kindly help me.

1. How can i enter AES KEY in my receiver.
2. How can i update transponder list automatically.
3. When i search C-Band channels on Pas 7-10 and on Thaicom. it comes but KU Band channels of same satellite are not coming.
4. Is there any software to update my receiver.
5. I receive Horizontal channel of Thaicom but could not receive vertical channel of same satellite. I am living Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. kindly suggest me how can received vertical channel.

Please help me how to solve these problems.

most of your quistions are hard to answer. there is on that i can answer that if there is some kinda a software to update the hivions?

there is.

the site that contains the software is www.alsatsw.com

but be careful you may mess everything up if you are not sure what to do
