Help with smartcards

Hi,

I'm totally new to satellite tv and smart cards. I bought one of these blank smart cards (Gold Wafer Card with PIC16F84A + 24LC16B inbuilt). I've also got a smart card reader and programmer. I've also got an Irdeto 1&2 CAM. Can someone help me out by telling me how I go about programming the card for say Irdeto 1 and 2 or videoguard or any other encryption type. What do I need to do and can it be done?
I'm in Australia and the satellites I'm looking at are Optus D1 Optus D2 Optus C1 Optus D3 Intelsat 8 and Asiasat 4

the GC is dead ...you can maybe use ur Cam
