PC to STB Receiver connection with RS-232 cable..NEED HELP Plzz

hi bro..
Any one can help me?
I have problem with connection betwen PC to STB Receiver using RS-232 cable. I have installed many program like; EMUgrade, WDN4AOK, Winupload 4.2.4 but still false and i tried to use PIN 2-3, 3-2 and 5-5 PIN Connection too but unfortunetly still false...ANY ONE CAN HELP?
My Receiver are SKYVISION FTA-6000 adn Humax IR ACE II...
