Opticum HD TS 9600 problem

Hello.
I have a Opticum HD TS 9600 receiver with a problem.
It doesn't open BISS programs. I have 3.37 software and 8888 menu is activated, with the lates't keys.
Other sistems like Iderto 2 and Criptoworks are working but BISS channels are locked.

Can you help me resolving this problem ?

What for a format type you the BISS keys into the softcam file? By me all is working fine like this :
X 2600 svcid(4byte) video pid(4byte) key(16byte) Example line

I don't understand.
On all channels that are in BISS encryption, on CAS info, by pressing the STATUS button of the remote control, it says "Other" just like the receiver doesn't know BISS ... he doesn't recognize BISS enctyption, sees as Other.
What is the solution ?
