I also had flashed that DVBHD Firmware over USB with Software & Channellist.
My Unibox starts within the Bootloader with no Channellist in it and isn't able to go in the Menu.
Please give me some information about what you have done yet, to bring in some software in the receiver or with the RS232 over serial?

The only solution is to insert a possibly original firmware via RS232 port using a null modem cable ..usa either program "Upgrate tool for 3602" or "STB EROM upgrate 2.0.0c" and the game and 'done for details let your own email

First you have to flash the receiver to "main code" sw without channel list and it will work
