HBO is looking to hire 100 new employees and boost its office space by an additional 2,800 square meters in Miami. Why? Simply put, the premium TV network is growing nonstop in Latin America.

That, at least, is what the vice-president of marketing for the company's Latin American division claims: "We are growing in Latin America, where we broadcast from Mexico to Argentina," Miguel Oliva said, quoted by Miami Today.
The firm's headquarters have long been located in the Miami-Dade County, Florida. And while the company will continue to be based there, later this year it will be moving to new offices.
In order to make room for the 101 new employees that HBO Latin America is planning to hire during the next two years (who will join the 266-strong current staff), the company will relocate to the picturesque Coral Gables neighbourhood. There, the network has already signed a lease contract to occupy over 6,100 square meters of office space, distributed over five floors and two towers in an office and retail complex.
Oliva said the newly created jobs will go to "different positions in different fields, from marketing to operations to production".
